I enjoy the work that I do and I believe that the company can help people and the world. There are a lot of customers who don't completely understand solar and what they got into. So we do a decent amount of customers who feel like they were misinformed when they got into Solar (Ours/partners)

Feel like the pay could be a little better.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Supervisor, and the opportunity to help customers and help make their experience better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to help one another. Feels like a work family. My team leader is really good, helpful, and really brings the team together.
