I love the company and the overall culture. I do not trust that my current manager has my best career interests in mind, nor do I trust them to not throw me under the bus to leadership.

Great manager, good team culture. But constant change in leadership, lots of personal egos getting in the way of progress, and a lack of overall accountability on the executive team does make it feel like I am always waiting to be laid off.

My direct manager is excellent- always willing to help, pleasant, makes sure I stay busy, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think Sunrun's comp matches the market. I personally took a pay cut over over 70k a year coming here, I think increasing base pay and/or equity packages would go a long way in fixing that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a huge pay cut to come to Sunrun, but was told I could expect an 8% increase in base each year (was on my offer letter). I would feel better if I received the raises I was told to expect.
