When I started I was very happy! It was fun with great gifts, pay, and adventures. I felt appreciated! Right now I feel the company made changes where I am not sure if I will have a job when I wake up. They changed things that discourage me from working. They make it hard to have family and work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not much support or resources. The assistance offered is only by those who want to profit off you. Everytime payday comes the commission isn't correct and payroll and other teams rarely respond back to get things fixed.
