The leadership is brand new, so I'm not sure how they will pan out yet.

Cohesiveness, we all know the goal is ultimately customer satisfaction and strive to achieve it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a permit closed out and by doing so knowing everything has been done correctly. And a happy customer!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every day I put my builders license on the line when pulling permits. Granted I know Sunrun will cover any liability however what no one seems to understand is I am considered the GC (General Contractor) on every permit that gets pulled on my license.
