My team is highly collaborative and on the same page when it comes to most issues our team faces.
Just looking at the median I make for the title I have I am consistently about $40000 under the national median. I am much closer to the lowest end.
My compensation could be much improved. And our team lives in a constant state of panic. This is due to unrealistic goals set by my leadership and overcomplications of every system we utilize.
I find it concerning that I have seen 3 seperate CTOs come and go in the span of 5 years. It seems like the goals for the company are not well defined even for those in executive leadership.
