Been here for 12 years, seen it grow and change a lot! Change is a very common thing here, and I embrace that. Change keeps things interesting, and we always do our best to change for the better. We're always looking to be better, and I love that.

The ESPP is awesome, more should take advantage of that!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every meeting seems to start with fun conversations for the first few minutes which is awesome! It helps us get to know eachother as people and not just our titles. having those personal connections makes working together that much easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is so nice and genuine. I remember old jobs where that was not the case. Everyone seems to care about each other first, and then work -- which leads to a positive work environment, which trickles down to great productivity!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home is amazing -- I enjoyed the office when we had one, but it's so much better as a work-life balance working from home. You can get so much more done in the day without having to sit in traffic half the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really focusing more on customer service and talented employee retention - this is a great direction for the company. For so long we were just focused on volume - it's nice that the leaders appreciate us all as people who provide positive impacts to the company and our customers.
