If you are not succeeding, there are plenty of opportunities to improve and your managers will be hands on in helping you to improve.

While we are all competitive because we're all sales people, it never gets mean. There are plenty of leads for everyone and we all want each other to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been at Sunrun for two years and I have felt like every single manager I have had (seven) have been personally invested in my life and my success beyond financial investment.
