I like it but things are changing rapidly. It seems morale is dropping quickly and we are being paid less. Much harder to get people to engage about solar.

Most positive is the chat when team members try to pick each other up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop setting up stupid competitions that everybody cheats at and sandbags etc ultimately hurting the company.

We are no longer making enough money to just survive, let alone live a successful life.
