I couldnt be happier with the exprience here im growing as a person everyday im being challeneged making goals completing those goals work is fufilling now im helping my cumminty and helping us leave a smaller carbon footprint

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is hard to navigate and being in florida very hot i feel as if we should recieve some sort of compensation when we are knocking pitching bit just not getting billas and sales i dont want to seem selfish because im not just hard when your just starting out
