What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is a social group chat and they do events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
due to layoffs my workload has tripled and there have been no bonuses, no pay increases, nothing.. I would like a bonus for my extra production
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
training and support. the training is non-existent and when you ask questions people say "you just have to figure it out", or they just blatantly ignore you
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've been trying to progress in my career but the restructures and BPMs getting all the new positions (without them being posted for everyone, it's all cloak and dagger) I am getting blocked left and right
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership and foresight. we have had so many restructures done in the last 4 years and now we are restructuring to go back to how everything was before the initial restructure.. also there is no job growth if you were not the beneficiary of that initial restructure. BPMs get promotions and thats it
