We care about the best solar systems for our customers. Max rate is not the most important thing. We value each other.

- Being transparent with recruiting on percentages of reps who earn six figures plus in first year. - Not moving the goal post mid way through quarter on quotas/goals. - Not farming new rep accounts as they get started in role.
