What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support. Training. They are reactive versus proactive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive mgmnt overreacheing - micro managing schedules, taking confirmed appointments away from those they were iriginally assigned to (many cases taken away the same day) and sent to favorited reps. Leaving the rest of us deflated as we built rapport to be able to confirm these appoitnments
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager - mgr has created a culture in shirt amount of time by supporting and developing skilss to be well rounded - yet executives above reach through and inplement thier unfair strategies on impulsive whims. This in turn hurts morale and undermines managers hard work to do things correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfair compensation versus similar industry roles- funneling all company leads to a chosen 3 per team. Them the rest if team gets leftover. Chosen 3 favortited to earn more commisions by goaling them at 10 sales per (which earns more) versuse rest of team allowed to fall where they may with sales...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only our immediate team. And only maybe 2/3 of that group is a positive experience to be around; as the favorited members feel invincible and are emboldened To do tasks that have traditionally been the all employees are supposed to execute - but they are rewarded for laziness and no follow through
