I love working with Sunrun but am uneasy with the company because there are constantly layoffs. I understand the need for efficiency but employee morale is of much higher value when it comes to company longevity.

Overall my experience has been great. I've been given tons of opportunities to grow and learn new things. I'm also surrounded by positive and fun individuals that make me excited to go to work every day. The only thing I don't love are the constant layoffs - even if they "make sense".

At least in my department under my manager, we are treated as humans and given flexibility

Being given challenges and puzzles to solve while also being given the grace to complete these challenges and puzzles in a reasonable amount of time.
