Last year, my team generated significant revenue. The constant effort, skill, and adaptability required in our work are substantial. Considering the cost of living and inflation, I believe we deserve a $5-$8 per hour raise, sick pay, and a 4-day workweek.

Sick pay is crucial. Even McDonald's staff earn $20/hour. I make $24/hour, handling demanding and detail-oriented work. High living costs, rent, inflation, and more are challenging. Struggling to pay bills despite regular overtime. Industry standards: $35-37/hour. My role is vital and make millions.
