What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promised must be respected and this applies to everyone, as a company or as individual. Company must respect promises and act in an etic way. Also if what was promised is not longer available, company must take responsibility from that action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems that more duties are added month by month under same rate. Some of them are from other departments that they get paid more. Help not available easy and resolutions to problems seems that was never available. Seems that the intention was to but never completed.

Points system is not working, I can see complicated jobs been left for last due they have same value. Doing points is not working, everybody busy doing point but is not equal to work, Sales rep keep reaching out designers for questions but we are told to keep ignore them. This will not resolve probl
