I am allowed autonomy and encouraged to be creative and bring ideas to the broader team. We share learnings constantly and try to build upon each other's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a vision and demonstrate competence and nimbleness to look around the corner and position us for success. We have the best leadership in the residential solar space, by a mile.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a deeply experienced and top of class team, but most importantly we operate as a team even though we are dispersed across the country. We all have a good morale, believe in each other, and believe in the mission
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock Grants (RSU) are quite attractive, given the faith I have in the stock rebounding. Additionally, the employee stock purchase program is an outstanding program leading me to invest the maximum amount I can in my own future and the company's future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with people for most of the day. This is not an isolated job and enjoying people is a big part of this. I am happy when I can take pride in what I have done and that I've done it in the right way for the people we work for and with.
