In theory, the FreedomVaction plan is awesome but it's very challenging to take time off and certain people seem to be off a whole lot more than others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving great results that are quantifiable and ongoing learning opportunities. I would just ask that some managers remember the growth path applies to all when setting expectations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was super honest and direct. I didn't get the 1st job I pursued and the management kept me informed and was up against some pretty remarkable competition.
