They are amazing people, set great examples and are always there for you as a friend and a manager if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of random add-ons to our job titles are constantly changing, the economy is very overpriced and we should be making enough to survive. McDonalds workers almost make as much as me.
