Decent, but all departments need to align with one another. Everyone is just focus on themselves, their tasks and only their department without regard to understanding the promptness of why things needs to be done in a timely manner.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Strong communication and prompt responses from other departments (Operations, CxPros, Design, Home Upgrades) that do not get commission to be on top of their projects. FSCs are waiting on them for an answer to give to the customer. They are usually the ones who delay the entire process.
