Big focus on diversity and inclusion. There are several monthly webinars and Employee Resource Groups that offer a place to learn and participate in those discussions.

They communicate transparently the company's status and goals. I never wonder what the company is trying to achieve because we have monthly meetings that keep the teams apprised.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get build something that our employees use everyday to make their jobs easier. I love writing infrastructure and bots that empower people to do their jobs better.
