I work closely enough along side them that I know and see their vision

everything is pretty positive but I definitely like the company incentivized trips that happen once a year
What makes you most happy at work?
the feeling of accomplishment when I get the things done that need to be done, finding meaningful metrics and moving them and seeing the difference being made
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are the only people that knows what we are all going through because we are the only people who have ever had this role since there was recently a massive re org
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more of it, I know what the pay band is for my role, usually as a hiring manager myself we start people at the midpoint of the pay band so as someone who is performing well at my position I believe it makes the most sense to at least have been started at the midpoint of the position
