Being able to come together multiple times a year and collaborate on how we are going to better serve our customers.

Now having Chris give Travis more of a voice, I am hopeful that we are given the resources to turn our customers experience around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid the same as install as well as getting the bonus structure they have. Most of my current field team members are making more than me.
