understaffed with case managers no advancement for those positions sales reps lying to make commision and customer care dealing with the aftermath so overall its pretty hurtful to work here sometimes but i do believe in the power of the sun and want to make the world better for my kids

I like that they listen even if there's nothing they can do when bringing a problem to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people have a understanding of why we want and need solar so its great to have people feel the same way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think more training and understanding for the problems that Customer care advocates and advanced trained agents have to deal with we should be compensated more also the QA needs a better understanding of what we deal with for them to judge us on our score a lot better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Whats going wrong is Sales Reps are lying to customers and not fully explaining how trhings work and then custoemr care is expected to clarify and resolve situations that shouldn't be there in the first place i don't get paid enough to get called stupid dumb or cursed at for someone else's mistake
