My experience at Sunrun has been positive. My team epitomizes teamwork which I value. The work is fast paced and sometimes the volume is large but I love that we always look for ways to improve processes and procedures using technology.

Overall my time at the company has been positive. I started as a consultant and really liked my team so when I was offered a role, I didn't hesitate to accept it. I love how everyone is open and communicates with each other, and how the executives are approachable.

The team I work with, my work load and different assignments, and the industry we are in

We have similar educational backgrounds; teamwork exists and we help each other out to achieve end goals

We all work towards the same goal. Everyone has a positive outlook, and are respectful of each other.

We work together as a team,and we're cross trained, and can help each other when the workload is heavy or when someone goes on vacation
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the open communication, investment in our professional development, how our benefits address the whole person [mental health and family life included] and that we're able to contribute to the goals of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I"m with a great team who is willing to help when I need help with something. My assignments are challenging enough that it keeps me thinking and engaged, so boredom is not an issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the teamwork throughout the whole company. What makes Sunrun so nice to work for because everyone is focused on the same goal and we do whatever it takes to get that job done
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package seems to be at market rates and there's a holistic approach to the fringe benefits. I have yet to use it, but hear that we have mental health benefits as well, which has never been included at other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package offered seems to be on par with market. The ability to choose the health provider and for our package to address the complete self [medical and mental health + family] is above the norm. I love that there are discounts offered for different services [former Fond].
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the open communication between the leadership team and staff. Staff feedback are actioned on and the focus on safety is commendable. At first I thought it was focused to those that are on the roofs, but later learned that this focus also applies to the safety of customer facing staff
