I love that I really feel like I found my people. I don't have to walk on eggshells around them an can be my genuine self.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the majority of our leadership team takes the time to get to know us as individuals and recognize the effort we put into our jobs every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the health care is affordable and that as a salaried employee I have freedom time off. I also like that we have access to discounts through Fond.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I feel like I'm recognized for the hard work I put forward every day and that we genuinely care about each other's well being. I like that there's a focus on work-life balance as well.
