I started with the company in an entry-level position. With work and mentorship, I have been able to move on and into multiple other roles. This has been a very fulfilling experience.

I like the transparency and clear goals that are set.

Knowing that what we are doing is helping and changing peoples lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership asks for feedback and ideas on how we can operate more efficiently.

I love the ESPP program. It allows employees to own a piece of the company.

Having FTO (Unlimited Time Off) and always being able to use it when wanted or needed.

Working with all the people in my company, my team and other teams in the company.

At Sunrun, you can grow within your current role and either move up or on to other departments.

I like that our leadership is starting to open up and show us the plans, and the why behind changes. It makes a world of difference when changes happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all live in different areas and come from different backgrounds and ideas. It's amazing to get together at offsites and brainstorm on the current and future state of our departments.

We have a small team but work very well with one another. I know if I have questions or want to bounce ideas off off of them, I can always reach out to them.
