I love Sunrun!! We all work hard, but I wish we had more stability. It feels like with the economy the way it is we are struggling.

They care about one another and seem to support one another.

My coworkers and manager. The teamwork makes it a positive work place.

They care about one another and are willing to do the extra stuff without complaining.

We work hard together and are always trying to be the best version of ourselves.

The fact that we all work hard and listen to each other. The company cares.

Their leadership! They seem to care deeply about the company and the employees that work here.

I love my Supervisor! She does a great job at encouraging me to stay motivated and reach my next level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team is short-staffed and we are asked to pick up the slack without being paid for that extra work. Also, we are told not to work overtime, but some days we cannot get everything completed.
