Whole team are a bunch of go getter and try to get better and work as a team, figure out new ways to do things better or just helping each other out
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel our Department leadership is not out for Techs interest. Rolling this out before even being tested and just springing it on us. If It is tested its tested on another coast that is a vastly different work environment. Last Now being expected to do more in less time with less people
