I have been extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful team to work with. I think there's massive room for improvement for the company in supporting team members experiencing bullying. I don't think it's addressed or taken care of the way it should be. There should be a no-tolerance policy for it.

I love the challenges and fun activities we are able to do as a team!

I love the positive energy on my team. We have great teamwork, great collaboration. My team supports me and I support them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the collaboration we have as a department in field service support. I always feel like I'm informed of things in a timely matter and am given the time needed to complete projects after they are assigned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe bonuses should be given when assisting with massive projects and working large amounts of overtime to ensure the projects are completed appropriately. I don't think the 10% salary bonus covers the amount of overtime required and worked to complete the projects and support of teams.
