My immediate leadership team is great. The one thing that could make things better overall is actioning items instead of talking about them for months with no action taken.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role that I am currently in was classified as a step up when the initial role was opened. When I transitioned into it, the role was deemed as a "lateral move" even though the compensation scale shows otherwise. I feel like this was just to get someone to do the job without the pay.
