What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Removing pitfalls and pain points from workflows and relationships between teams that depend on each other to accomplish their work. More consistency with department organization. Less energy spent on non-solar endeavors that employees didn't ask for
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have conducted major migrations between so many platforms, and we have more migrations coming. With each migration we have to recreate years of work and go through a new learning curve. I am worried about losing the structure of my workflow, as well as the repeated work.
