I have been allowed to work in 5 different roles which is great opportunities to grow my knowledge. People from new hire to Sr. Directors and VP are accessable to speak with easily and I feel they really care about what I have to say. They have treated me with compasionate and caring attitude.

We have a voice and they listen to us and take what we share seriously.

we share what is helping us to be successful and willing to help each other improve with a posative "you can do it" attitude and I will help you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
REAL open door ALL THE TIME. I can google chat them or email them and get someone to listen to me. They might not agree with me, and that's ok, they do make themselves available, which is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work with a lot of nice helpful encouraging people and help our customers have a better life because we save them money and help them prepare for time with no power and help our environment at the same time! Win Win!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired at high hourly based on performance Company lowered hourly down about $3 an hour to same as low performer and based a raise on installs. I feel I earned my hourly rate already and it was take and said I have to earn again. I feel the ones who earned it should have been grandfartherd in
