I think that our hourly should go up a $1 each year that we are here with the experience that we gain and each year being an asset to the company as a whole too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are more like Family now, and they have all done the exact role I am in so they know what advice to give that pertains to the work. Not just basic feedback, but real advice how to do your job more successfully and be more profitable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is just a good group of people who are always willing to help out another teammate, and encourages each team member to do better in the chats. Or individually we bounce and share ideas off each other of what's working for us, to hopefully work for them to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no one trying to get ahead of you by doing the wrong things. Everyone is friendly competition, but also wants everyone to do just as well as everyone else and make money and enjoy doing it. The system is fair and no one gets perks or better leads than anyone else. We all work hard.
