When I started, Sunrun had a great family feel which has been lost over the years. Now it feels more corporate. Less about the employees and customers and more about the bottom dollar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The remote job opportunities tremendously help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel a little stagnant and could use more of a challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focused on sales, which is the company's bread and butter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sunrun is just under the curve in the amount they pay their employees. They are not competitive at all in this area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually work as a team. If someone is struggling, there is always someone willing to help out. We are all treated with respect by our immediate upper management.
