Give us time to get their request and not just jump right to the supervisor

To many upset customers about things the Sales Rep are promising at the time of the sale that are not true
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like all of the work my team is doing is worth a lot more than what we are currently getting paid for.
