My Leadership team listens to my concerns, they allow me to push back and are willing to adapt if a better solution comes out of the conversation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my pay may not be adequate for my role, but the responsibilities of my role change often, therefore, I don't feel like my pay is on par to those changes.
