I find the hollering, aggressive, sport-adjacent culture in many groups of our company really off-putting and unprofessional. The LT even reflects demeanor in their videos + all hands content and it feels disingenuous and erodes the authenticity of their messages.

Sunrun does not understand how technology org should be run and fires anyone in leadership who tries to help us try to get to a healthy spot. We are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, randomized to business priority-of-the-month, & severely lacking consistent review & sign on processes.

I don't think the salary bands for our discipline are competitive compared to other companies.

Being able to deliver features that help customers have a better experience with Surun and our products and services + contributing toward more green energy generation and usage.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership team is not aligned and micro manage customer experiences. We lack a strong digital product discipline that's able to help the business prioritize and stay focused. Constant changes to leadership structure in the wrong direction for tech org.
