What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training is inconsistent which causes some co-workers to burden others with their unfinished work or inability to handle customer situations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The time off system punishes people for being sick. There should be sick leave separate from PTO so that you are not forced to use it when sick. Also, unpaid time should be allowed without additional punishment. Being unpaid is already a punishment. Occurrences on top are just extra harsh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any uptraining should come with a pay increase. If I am being expected to handle harder and more involved issues, I should be paid more than when I did not know how to do that. Moving from/training in Billing to Advanced to Battery to Ford should all come with a pay increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer expectations are not being properly set and managed from day 1 with the sales team. The lack of accountability in the sales team means that Customer Care takes the brunt of all of their lies or "rose colored glasses" presentations of how solar works. They set CC up for failure SO OFTEN.
