Not great. There's a prevalent toxic Bro Culture. The company wastes a lot of money on expensive trips and swag, versus paying employees a living wage. Carrots and sticks only get you so far.

Listening to their employees. Outdated HUSTLE culture and toxic resilience. The company does not care about employees' well-being. It's a culture of "Carrots and Sticks". A lot of unhappy people work for Sunrun.

Increase Base Pay and support better work-life balance. Invest money into people vs wasting money on frivolous things. People don't care so much about trips and swag if they can't afford to pay their bills and put food on the table.
