I love that I can reach out to anyone on my team if I have questions and I know they will eagerly help me.

Again, I love the fact that I have the option of working from home, but I also love the diversity and the feeling like I belong no matter what my beliefs are.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can comfortably do my job in a non distracting environment. Also knowing that I will not get bored as there is always plenty of work for me to do and the work that I do makes me feel valued and appreciated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my package is that I am given the option of working from home. This is a very valuable perk because I don't have to spend time commuting in crazy traffic trying to get to and from work on a daily basis.
