I have enjoyed training and now that I have gotten more efficient at helping folks which is great. Nothing better than to help people offset their power and protect them from higher bills for the customers I serve.

We are collaborative and competitive. Sharing best practices has really helped! I am here to stay! I just need to know I can make a solid living and I am starting to see it which is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some benefits don't help - I need an implant and the dental doesn't cover and I don't want a bridge that can ruin two healthy teeth for the sake of one. As a homeowner, I am starting to see success and want to keep this career improving!!!
