This job is very challenging. It is a constant "hustle" everyday. I am my biggest competition. I am learning so much every day and this is the part I love!

We all do our best to work together as a team jumping in where needed if we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager always takes the time to listen and explain. If he does not know something he will be honest and say that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Initially I had my job outlined, and as we have progressed, it seems that I am taking on more and others work load without the compensation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I am open to change, it is a part of the job. We should implement a pilot program to see if it will actually work prior to installing consequences for the change not working
