Freedom Time off (FTO) has been wonderful to use when I'm feeling under the weather, time away with family and for career advancement (FE/PE Exams).

Sunrun appears to work hard to provide a positive environment and fosters open communication and feedback on process updates and new challenges that we face.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day. The software tools we use allows us to visually see the work that we have accomplished and is scalable over a period of time.
