I truly do love working with Sunrun, but there are a lot of employee and customer improvements that can and should be made. Once that is aligned Sunrun would be unstoppable.

Overworked and Undervalued.. The BES team (Mid Atlantic) should have perks & incentive geared around BES. BES does a lot to make sure that the calendar is filled daily! A Thank you is nice but competitions and rewards would go further
