My experience with Sunrun has been middle of the road. It seems that whenever there is an issue that arises and people who are not on the executive team attempt to resolve it, an exec will jump in without information on the entire situation and give unreasonable fixes to it. "Just make it happen."

That we are allowed to be individuals.

The FTO has been tremendous with balancing work and life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they look for solutions to issues that our customers face daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can build solid relationships with coworkers because we are like-minded people with the same goals in mind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Aside from my entire team being laid off (which I'm sure was put together without thinking everything through because of how it went), there was always a lot of toxic positivity. Not enough room to voice opinions that would differ from a manager's. It didn't matter who had the best idea on the table
