What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO! I don't think I take more time off, but it is great having the ability to take time as needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is open to other ideas and opinions. My team promotes high quality work and collaborates well with everyone in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership communicates with all levels of employment. I like having a leadership team that is positive and appears to be happy in what they do. That trickles down. I also like that leadership does not push fire drills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance can't be beat. I came from a high stress organization where I spent 90% of my day in meetings and every opportunity or deficiency was seen as a fire drill. I love going into meetings and being able to collaborate well with everyone I meet.
