Why would I recommend this job to somebody else? You literally have to pay to work here! I've got friends who hate their jobs but I would never recommend that they come here to work when they would just be losing more money, I still have yet to even set an appointment or turn a VC due to the reputat

We're very hard working and positive despite being poor and hungry
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sunruns public reputation with customers!!! Celebrities only go so far, Reddit tells the real, very different experiences neighbor's are having. 4-6 weeks is UNACCEPTABLE for a system to be down, we need someone out there YESTERDAY, JUST LIKE THE POWER COMPANY!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I collect food stamps because the pay is non existent, in fact I have to pay for cards, door hangers, iPad, cell service, lots of gas, advertising etc... this job is more like volunteering for poorly run organization that cares nothing about it's reputation or employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The support reputation of sunrun needs drastic improvement. More technical people need to be hired and sales needs travel gas cards and a per diem. We're starving out here, and you want us to remain honest, why not be more honest as an example!?
