It is a positive experience. My biggest complaint is the change of process after trying something new for to short a time. We pivot, start to get in the groove and 20 days later pivot again. Training is great. I like the current goals system. It should be about glass on the roof above all.

Team attitude. Everyone is respectful of yeah other. Everyone answers everyone's questions.

Working as a team. Each member brings something to the table experience wise.

Good opportunities. When a project goes from start to finish with a minimum of problems.

They realize that to retain employees, you need to treat them as people rather than a statistic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Draw against commission is an outdated concept. In these times of high inflation, we are paid minimum wage then we pay it back from our commissions. So there really is no base pay since it is all taken back. Even a hamburger slinger makes 15 an hour without having to pay it back.
