Im not paid my value , they want you to jump thru hoops . Once they see you can do it . They wont give you the money you deserve

Management needs to stop allowing us to install on roofs we know have bad paper , broken rafters , wood exposed , pilot holes not being covered on whole roof , when they have contractors remove vents and etc
