401k but like everyone could use a dollar or 2 more an hour.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged by numerous versitile cases that keep me thinking and investigating to get them resolved. Resolving difficult issues for customers is proud work!

Daily meetings to share our knowledge and updates in different markets everyday and help eachother with any thing and everything solar and non solar related

Our ability to work from home and connect through Google Chat and Current and work together on common goals to provide the best customer and field service we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Literally everything! providing the every tool for me to be sucessful at my job and learn new things to help customer buissness to customer relations. We have a great team and love being apart of something.
